2006 Scholar

Kimberly K. Lock received a PPF Scholarship at the 24th Perennial Plant Association Symposium & Trade Show in Montreal, Quebec. Throughout the weeklong event, she enjoyed an unforgettably exciting horticultural experience for which she will always be grateful. Most memorable were the introductions and lasting friendships she made with people in the perennial plant industry.

Today, Kimberly is CEO and President of Eco-Chic Gardens, a unique landscape contracting company in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, providing extraordinary garden design, careful installation, and intentional, detailed, garden maintenance. She and her team of professionals create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces for living, working, and recreational environments.

Kimberly founded Eco-Chic Gardens in 2007 with her colleague and dearest friend, Ann Laughlin. Together they co-founded a business that began with their shared love and passion for plants and the belief that sustainable, bio-diverse landscaping is not only the ecologically responsible thing to do, it’s a way to create beauty, bring joy to people and help them connect with nature.
