2013 Scholar
Josh Henry is a Technical Services Specialist with Ball Seed, helping North American growers find solutions to a wide range crops and production issues. He was selected as a PPF Scholar in 2013 during his undergraduate program in Horticulture at Ohio State University. Josh continued on for his MS and PhD in Horticultural Science at North Carolina State University with an emphasis in plant nutrition.
As a PPF Scholar, Josh was able to attend the 2013 PPA Symposium in Vancouver, BC, which was an unforgettable experience. This opportunity provided exposure to vastly different crops and growing conditions than he was familiar with at the time and also helped him connect with other horticulturists throughout the industry.
