2024 Scholar
Daphne Jacak was a Junior at University of Wisconsin – River Falls when selected as a PPF Scholar. She was active in the UWRF Horticulture Society, where she held the position of President, as well as the chapter of the Honorary Fraternity Pi Alpha Xi, where she was Vice President.
Daphne hopes to dive into the landscape design business. Seeing how her professors have a passion for their own crops, she also aspires to be able to introduce a new variety to the market as a breeder. She looks forward to producing plants that bring smiles to growers and will become a lasting beauty in the world around her.
